Worldwide Shipping

All orders are fullfilled from our global warehouse just outside of Hong Kong and will take between 2-7 days depending on where you are in the world. If you are located in Australia and require ugent delivery we do carry limited stock in our studio in the Adelaide Hills so let us know (see contact details) and we'll do our best to help you. Given we don't drive the delivery truck/plane, we do not guarantee shipping delivery times.

Payment Methods We Accept

Aya Kawa currently accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dinners Club, etc). Note: we do not surcharge on credit card payments.

Aya Kawa accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our web site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release our carriers from any liability relating to loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of any goods you order from this web site and to assign all rights to claim compensation or insurance against our carriers to us and expressly and irrevocably do so.

In rural and regional areas, delivery times for Express Parcel Services are in respect of delivery to the Post Office of the principal township in that area. Delivery to final destinations may take longer. If in doubt please check with your local Post Office.

You do have the option to ship via Registered Post and even Express post so all packages are traceable.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with the manufacturing quality of your product, Aya Kawa is happy to refund your money, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition and undamaged, including the outer packaging. We will not refund you back any cost in sending us back the returned goods.

We do not refund or exchange any sale items.

Warranty

If you are not 100% happy with the quality of the product you receive we will refund the purchase price of the product. The cost of returning the product to our offices in Crafers South Australia is to be borne by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information are accurate.
